A motion was made <br />by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman McWaters for adoption <br />of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2212 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, has <br />heretofore let construction bids for the construction of <br />Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project, Phase II; and, <br />WHEREAS, in order to complete said project it is <br />necessary that easements be procured from adjacent property <br />owners; and, <br />WHEREAS, in order to induce the granting of an easement <br />it is necessary that the City of Paris agree to enter into <br />the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS That, the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T. K. <br />Haynes, is hereby authorized and directed to execute on <br />behalf of the City of Paris the agreement for easement with <br />Odis 0. Woodard and wife, Vernon T.
