ORDINANCE NO. 2655 ) -) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT MOBILE HOME (39), ON LOT 3, CITY BLOCK 98, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WARREN HUGHES, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DE- SIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Fisher for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petiton of Emma Jenkins for a change in zoning from a Two Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Neighborhood Service District (NS) on Lot 23, -- City Block 60 located at 459 5th N. E. Mrs. Jenkins was present and told the Council of her plans to operate a small beauty shop in her home at this address. Councilman Williams ask about off street parking and was advised that there was room to get to the back part of the lot for parking. No one was present in opposition and Mayor Graham declared the public hearing closed and called for the Ordinance to be presented.
