man Wilson and Councilman McWaters was absent from the chambers. <br />Councilman Wilson and Councilman McWaters assumed their place at the <br />Council table. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2658 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE <br />TRAFFIC NO- PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29 -112 <br />OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING AREA; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY <br />NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES <br />IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER <br />1, 1982. <br />was presented establishing a No Parking Zone on FM 137 south of Loop <br />286 S. W. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, <br />seconded by Councilman McGee for adoption of the Ordinance. The <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2659 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING <br />THE ONE -WAY STREET MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29 -25 OF <br />SAID CODE; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER 1, 1982. <br />was presented establishing two way traffic on 2nd S. E. between Lamar <br />Avenue and Clarksville Street was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Francis, seconded by Councilman Fisher for adoption of the <br />Ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham called for tabulation of bids for installation of <br />fencing for the City Cemetery. Only one bid was submitted, that by <br />Joe Pridemore Fence Company in the amount of $3,990.00. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Francis, seconded by Councilman Wilson to <br />accept the bid. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham called for tabulation of bids for the addition to the <br />Animal Shelter and the following bids were presented: <br />Hueberger, Inc. $30,522.12 <br />H & H Construction Co. $48,732.00 <br />Acting City Manager Greene advised that $10,500.00 was budgeted for <br />the project and recommended all bids be rejected. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Fisher to reject all <br />bids. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham called for the tabulation of bids for the demolition <br />and removal of storm damaged structures, and the following bids <br />were presented: <br />Ferris Construction Co. $4,195.00 <br />Lester Brothers $4,500.00 <br />
