6.' ) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2215 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris due <br />to the resignation of Col. James Lynch, and it is necessary <br />to appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Joe Graham, having appointed Ronnie Nutt to serve the <br />unexpired term of Col. James Lynch, which ends June 30, <br />1984, and has submitted the name of such person to the City <br />Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: That the appointment of Ronnie Nutt, as a member of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, to <br />serve the unexpired term of Col.
