v <br />376 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2145 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has <br />undertaken a project of construction entitled Johnson Park <br />Drainage Project, in accordance with plans and specifications <br />prepared by Richard Babb, P. E.; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for the <br />completion of said drainage project are shown on Exhibit A <br />attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above de- <br />scribed drainage easements are necessary for said improve- <br />ment project and that the same should be condemned; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the City Attorney of the City of Paris, T.
