rs <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />November 29, 1982 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in special session Monday, <br />November 29, 1982 at 5:15 P. M. Mayor Joe Graham called the meeting <br />to order with the following Councilmen present: W. C. Francis, Donald <br />G. Wilson, Larry P. McGee, and Gene McWaters, Jr. Also present were <br />Acting City Manager, H. C. Greene, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and <br />Acting City Clerk, Joe N. McCollum. <br />Mayor Graham announced the purpose of the meeting was to discuss <br />a proposed work schedule for completion of the line design portion <br />of the Infiltration /Inflow Project. <br />Bob Vivian of the CRS Group Engineers and John Buss, Project Director, <br />presented a schedule listing the work to be done, and identified 1600 <br />man hours to be done by CRS and 2300 man hours to be done by Step <br />2 staff in order to complete the plans by March 1, 1983. <br />Councilman Williams entered the Council chamber and took his seat at <br />the Council table. <br />Both men commented that the schedule was ambitious and would require <br />cooperation between all parties in order to keep. <br />The existing Sewer Committee composed of Councilman Francis, Fisher, <br />and Williams was assigned the task of monitoring the project schedule. <br />When it was determined that no formal motion was necessary to approve <br />the schedule, the meeting was adjourned. <br />JOE GRAHAM, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />JOE N.
