L - RESOLUTION NO. 2151 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did at its regular meeting on the 14th day of December, 1981, pass Resolution No. 2132 authorizing, among other things, the sale of Tract No. I on Exhibit A of said Resolution to Cattlemen's Livestock Commission, Inc.; and, WHEREAS, the correct legal name of said purchaser is Producer's Livestock Exchange, Inc., which does business as Cattlemen's Livestock Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Resolution No. 2132 be amended and does hereby authorize the acceptance of the bid of Producer's Livestock Exchange, Inc., doing business as Cattlemen's Livestock Commission, in the amount of $5,100.00 for Tract I, be, and the same is hereby accepted and let; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed on behalf of the City of Paris to convey surface only to said Tract I to Producer's Livestock Exchange, Inc. A motion was made by Council- man Graham, seconded by Councilman McGee for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, 1 nays, Councilman Williams not voting.
