} <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21.52 <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Library Advisory <br />Board due to the untimely death of A. M. Aikin, Jr., and <br />the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, having <br />r ') appointed Lonnie Abrahams to serve the remainder of such <br />term, and has submitted the name of such person to the <br />City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the appointment of Lonnie Abrahams to serve <br />the unexpired term of A. M.
