No one else appeared for or against the project, and the public hearing was <br />declared closed. <br />City Manager Sweatt recommended that .Revenue Sharing money be allocated for the pro- <br />ject and suggested that such money be used for drainage improvements and estimated <br />that culvert and channel costs to be $10,000.00. After discussion, a motion was <br />made by Councilman Wunsch and seconded by Councilman Fisher to allocate $10,000.00 <br />from Revenue Sharing Funds for drainage improvements at Johnson Street Park. The <br />motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing open on the proposition of adding $251,000.00 <br />for major.thoroughfare paving program development. <br />
