A motion was made by Councilman Stone and seconded by Councilman Philley to support <br />Nimlo and to provide the City's pro rata share of expenses for Nimlo to file suit <br />pursue in Federal Court to prevent cities from paying unemployment compensation <br />,,—,and to employees. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nayse <br />Mr. and Mrs. Norman Sharber, 890 SE 33rd, appeared before the Council to discuss a <br />drainage problem across their property, which they claimed; resulted from the paving <br />of 33rd S. E. Mayor Brunette appointed a committee composed of Councilman Philley, <br />Councilman Fisher, and Councilman Malone to survey with the staff and engineering <br />department and make recommendations to the City Council, <br />Mr. Robert Hayter appeared before the Council and discussed the Infiltration--Inflow <br />Study and Project now in progress. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjOUrneda <br />MAYOR JAMES M.
