E. and 22nd S. E. The Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended approval of the petition. Mayor Brunette called for proponents to appear, and Mr. Webb Biard, Attorney, appeared in behalf of the petitioner, stating that a real estate office was proposed for Lot 8 and a proposal had been made for the establishment of an ice cream parlor for Lot 9. Mayor Brunette called for opponents to appear, and none appeared. The public hearing was declared closed.
