The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission had recommended that the street be:re- designated to a Type F secondary <br />street 7with a paving width of 39 feet measured from back of curb to back of curb in a <br />minimum right -of -way of 50 -foot width., <br />Mr. Joe McCollum. Director of Community Development., and Mr.. 'Ennis Kiilingsworth, Direc- <br />tor of Pu'blic`Liorks, City of Paris, appeared before the Council explaining the recom- <br />mendations of the Planning and Zoning Commission and -pointing out the physical limita- <br />tions of the present right -of -stay and the proximity -of the residents to the existing <br />street.. <br />Mayor Brunette declared the public hearing closed, After discussion., a motion was made <br />by Councilman Fisher and seconded by Councilman t-'unsch, authorizing the revision to the <br />Master Plan, re- designating Blake Road as a Tyne F secondary street lvtith a paving width <br />of 39 feet measured from back of curb to back of curb in a minimum right -of -way of 50, <br />foot width. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays.. <br />City Manager Sweatt presented a re -plat of Lot 16, Block 230, which had been recommended <br />for approval with waiver of curb and nutter requirements along Graham Street by thePlan- <br />ning ani Zoning Commission. After discussion., a motion was made by Councilman Philley <br />and seconded by Councilman '!.lunsch approving the re -plat subject to a cash escrow being <br />placed for curb and gutter on Graham Street.. Th^ motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays.. <br />City Manager Sweatt presented a re -plat of Lots 18., 19, and 20, Block 3, Stellro -se Addi- <br />tion.
