A motion was made by Coun- <br />cilman Hinds and - seconded -by Councilman Williams to accept the bid of Pak Mor for <br />the Packer body.. The motion carried: 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Philley and - -seconded -by Councilman Fisher to reject <br />all bids for the chassis and cab. The motion carried: 7'-ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Attorney Haynes advised that the ordinance encompassing those recommendations <br />made by the committee appointed to-study Sanitary Landfill charges, was ready. <br />Ordinance No. 2313: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, - PROVIDING THAT <br />THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; CITY OF PARIS; BE AMENDED BY REVISING <br />SECTION 14- 14(b), ALLOWING TARPING TO BE USED AS A TOP MATERIAL, <br />AND SECTION 14 -33(a) FOR THE PURPOSE OF INCREASING THE DUMPING <br />FEE FOR GARBAGE'OR RUBBISH TO 70� PER CUBIC YARD;- PROVIDING FOR <br />A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00,- REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br />PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1977.° <br />
