FM 79 A175 TG Chisum Survey, Tract 12 -A <br />Owner: Stacy & Sheila Pendergraft Rt. 1 Box 105 Paris, TX 75486 <br />Back Taxes Owed: $0 <br />Sharon Pendergraft 3790 FM 79 Sumner, TX 75486 was present. <br />Robert Talley stated that the structure is a trailer house. The siding is coming off, <br />insulation and tubing are coming out of the bottom of the trailer, its unsecure and <br />the roof is raised. Also there is a shed behind the trailer that is only standing <br />because a tree is holding it up. <br />Mrs. Pendergraft stated of the trailer house is in immaculate shape. The black on <br />the roof that's running off is where her son tarred the roof and it ran down the <br />structure. She stated the ice storm is what hurt the shed and that her grandson is <br />going to take the shed down this coming week. The doors of the trailer house are <br />slipping and the trailer house is sitting on concrete blocks. She stated that she <br />doesn't know how to take the trailer house down. Robert Talley stated that is will <br />have to be disassembled, bull dozed or removed. Mrs. Pendergraft stated that she <br />wants the property cleared. She asked for 90 days to repair, demolish or removed <br />the trailer house. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Shed - 30 days to demolish if not the City <br />has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Trailer <br />House — repair or remove in 90 days if not the trailer house will come back to <br />this commission. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Chad Lindsey to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />A. 42 NW 25th, Wortham & Carlton Addition, Block 3, Lot 1 <br />Owner: Jack Stell 911 Montview Dr. Katy, TX 77450 -2809 <br />Back Taxes Owed: $0 <br />Mr. Stell contacted Robert Talley and asked for 90 days to repair. <br />Robert Talley stated that he has spoken to the owner and they asked to have 90 <br />days to repair the structure. It's unsecure, has fire damage and broken windows. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair the structure and 10 days <br />to secure the structure. If the work is not done the structure will come back <br />to the commission. <br />Motion was made by Chad Lindsey, seconded by Wendell Moore to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation.
