Back Taxes Owed: $9608.57 <br />Robert Talley has had no contact with owners. <br />Robert Talley stated that the siding is falling off, the roof is sagging, the <br />foundation has damage, structure is sinking, unsecure, missing windows and it is <br />rotting. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Sally McEwin to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />C. 1201 E Grove, City of Paris, Block 175 -A, Lot 3 <br />Owner: John G Josepho Trustee of John Josepho Living Trust 300 Carlsbad <br />Village Dr. Suite 108A -389 Carlsbad, CA 92008 <br />Back Taxes Owed: $470.90 <br />Robert Talley stated that after the March meeting where a ruling of 30 days to <br />demolish was ordered Mr. Josepho contacted him. He asked that he have 90 days <br />to repair. Robert explained that if they issue a new order it will override the <br />current order. Robert said that the structure is in the dry, boarded up and <br />completely secure. Stephanie Harris (Assistant City Attorney) stated that if the <br />commission thinks any structure can be reasonably repaired they have to issue a <br />repair order. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: repair within 90 days if not the structure <br />will come back to the commission. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Wendell Moore to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation.
