One individual spoke in favor of the petition. <br />Marx Offutt, 4808 CR 22880 Paris, Texas, spoke in favor of the petition. Mr. Offutt <br />stated he wants to build enclosed boat storage units on the back side of this <br />property. Mr. Offutt further stated most of the units will be for personal use, but he <br />will also have some available to rent out. <br />B. Mr. Blake <br />stated he wants to use part of their building to build climate control storage units. <br />Mr. Blake further stated he is hoping the Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />approve the petition. <br />B.
