The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />Fulbright and carried 4 ayes, 0 nays. <br />On the recommendation of City Engineer, Earl Smith, a motion was made by <br />Councilman Boyd, seconded by Councilman Fulbright to table action on <br />Agenda Item No. 7, public hearing to consider the petition of Hayden Swaim for <br />a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to a <br />Planned Development District - Community Unit Development (PD -b) on Lots <br />1, 3, 4, and 5, Block A, Summerwood Estates and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block B, <br />Summerwood Estates.
