M. <br />195. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Clifford declared the public hearing open on the petition of Dorothy Allen for a change <br />in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Commercial District (C) on <br />Lot 72 Block 1 of the Scott Braden Addition, being number 2341 Bonham Street. <br />Mayor Clifford called for proponents to appear, and Dorothy Allen, 2365 Bonham, came <br />forward telling the Council that she was the owner of three lots adjacent to this lot that is <br />already zoned commercial. E. Loop 286. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Boyd, seconded by Councilwoman Elder approving the <br />Final Plat of 2.473 acres in City Block 318,Sando L.L.0 subject to the recommendations of the <br />City Engineer and a requirement that the plats not be signed until the City Engineer issues a <br />memorandum stating that all the requirements have been met. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />City Manager Malone called for consideration of and action on approving the Replat of Lots <br />1, 9, and 10, Block K of Oak Creek Phase V, and the Replat of Lot 38, Block L of Oak Creek <br />Phase V. Consideration of and action on approval of the Final Plat of Lot 2, Block K of Oak <br />Creek Phase VII and the Final Plat of Lot 37, Block L of Oak Creek Phase VII. <br />
