0889 <br />City of Paris and many council persons have stated that if we are going to provide services outside <br />the City, that property would be annexed into the City. <br />City Manager Malone said with regard to treatment of gray water, actually what he is talking about <br />is treatment of effluent from a septic system, and that is not gray water. Gray water is water from <br />showers, washing machines, and kitchen sink, and that water will have sewage mixed into it and <br />would not be gray water, that would be wastewater. City Manager Malone said the ordinances of <br />the City of Paris do not contemplate serving with putting in facilities outside corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, and certainly not outside the ETJ with out going through a contract. <br />Resolution No. 97 -030, approving a Proclamation proclaiming April as "Fair Housing Month" in the <br />City of Paris, was presented by City Attorney Haynes. A motion was made by Councilwoman Elder, <br />seconded by Councilman Boyd for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
