Resolution fqo. 97 -007, authorizing the execution of a contract with A. L. Roark and Associates, Inc., for furnishing, delivery and installing of Community Based Information System for she Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System, was presenting. A motion was made by Councilmen Boyd, seconded by Councilman Fulbright for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. RESOLUTION NO. 97 -007 WHEREAS, A. L. Roark & Associates, Inc. has developed a software system for public safety agencies, known as the Community Management System, which includes a Computer Aided - Dispatch System and a Law Enforcement Records Management Module, and the Paris Police Department is desirous of purchasing the same; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that the form of contract with A. L. Roark and Associates, Inc., attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, in all thing, approved, and that the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the form of the contract between the City of Paris and A. L. Rourk and Associates, Inc. for the Computer Aided Dispatch System and Law Enforcement Records Management Module, shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby, approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, the contract with A. L. Rourk and Associates, Inc. under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 1997. Eric S.
