The Planning and Zoning did not see any harm in granting the variance. City Attorney Haynes want to know if the owner was trying to end up with one lot, or more than one lot. Mr. Smith advised Mr. Haynes that the owner would have three lots which currently exists now, but you will end up with three nice structures. City Attorney Haynes questioned the fact if the City Council was the appropriate body to grant the variance, and said that if they were, this item could be placed on the Monday night City Council meeting. After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Jenkins to table action on the Final Plat of Lots 26 and 27, City Block 91. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. A motion was made by Councilman Berl, seconded by Councilman Jenkins for the approval of the Final Plat for Country Meadows, Phase I subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. City Manager Malone called for consideration of approval of the replat for Oak Creek, Phase V, for Lot 9 and 10, Block K; Lots 38 and 39, Block L; Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block M, subject to the recommendation of the City Engineer. A motion was made by Councilman Hunt, seconded by Councilman Neeley for approval of; the Replat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. A motion was made by Councilman Jenkins, seconded by Councilman Bell for approval of the Final Plat of Cedar Park, Phase 2, subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. There were no petitions for rezoning. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
