The <br />Planning and Zoning did not see any harm in granting the variance. <br />City Attorney Haynes want to know if the owner was trying to end up <br />with one lot, or more than one lot. <br />Mr. Smith advised Mr. Haynes that the owner would have three lots which <br />currently exists now, but you will end up with three nice structures. <br />City Attorney Haynes questioned the fact if the City Council was the <br />appropriate body to grant the variance, and said that if they were, <br />this item could be placed on the Monday night City Council meeting. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by <br />Councilman Jenkins to table action on the Final Plat of Lots 26 and 27, <br />City Block 91. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Berl, seconded by Councilman Jenkins <br />for the approval of the Final Plat for Country Meadows, Phase I subject <br />to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />City Manager Malone called for consideration of approval of the replat <br />for Oak Creek, Phase V, for Lot 9 and 10, Block K; Lots 38 and 39, <br />Block L; Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block M, subject to the recommendation of <br />the City Engineer. A motion was made by Councilman Hunt, seconded by <br />Councilman Neeley for approval of; the Replat subject to the <br />requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Jenkins, seconded by Councilman Bell <br />for approval of the Final Plat of Cedar Park, Phase 2, subject to the <br />requirements of the City Engineer.
