710 <br />City Attorney Haynes also advised the Council that these items will be <br />carried forward to the Monday night agenda. It may or may not be able <br />to be acted upon at that time, but they will be carried forward until <br />such time it can be acted upon. <br />City Manager Malone also told the Council that Items No. 11 of the <br />Agenda, public hearing to consider the petition of Gerald Burnsed for a <br />change in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a <br />Planned Development - Housing District (PD -b) on Lots 7 and 8, City Block <br />311 located at 3350 and 3370 Clarksville Street, Agenda Item No. 12, <br />consideration of and action on authorizing the preparation of an <br />ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 17810 changing the zoning from <br />a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned <br />Development - Housing District (PD -b) on Lots 7, and 8, City Block 311 <br />located at 3350 and 3370 Clarksville Street, Agenda Item No. 13, public <br />hearing to consider the petition of J. D. LaFoy for a change in zoning <br />from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned <br />Development - Housing District (PD -b) on Lot 10, City Block 311, <br />located at 3420 Clarksville Street, Agenda Item No. 14, consideration <br />of and action on authorizing the preparation of an ordinance amending <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 changing the zoning from a One Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development - Housing <br />District (PD -b) on Lot 10, City Block 311, located at 3420 Clarksville <br />Street, Agenda Item No. 15, public hearing to consider the petition of <br />the Lamar County Human Resources Council Inc. for a change in zoning <br />from a One Family Dwelling District No. 20 (5F -2) to a Planned <br />Development - Housing District (PD -b) on Lot 9, City Block 311 located <br />at 3390 Clarksville Street, and Agenda Item No. 16, consideration and <br />action on authorizing the preparation of an ordinance amending Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 1710 changing the zoning from a One Family Dwelling <br />District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development - Housing District <br />(PD -b) on Lot 9, City Block 311 located at 3390 Clarksville Street, it <br />has been requested by the petitioners that these items be table, and <br />further advised that they were table by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Shelton moved the above Agneda Items 11 through 16 <br />forward. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Brown to table Agenda Items No. 11 <br />through 16. The motion was seconded by Councilman Williams, and <br />carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Jim Bell, seconded by Councilman Brown <br />to continue the public hearing on Agenda Item No. 17, and that Agenda <br />Item No. 18, consideration of and action on authorizing the preparation <br />of an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 providing site plan <br />approval in a Planned Development - Housing District (PD -b) on the <br />south 250 feet of Lots 18 -A and 19, City Block 249 located on the east <br />side of S. Collegiate Drive, 160 feet north of Hubbard Street, be <br />tabled.
