754 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL February 14, 1994 The City Council of the City of Paris met in regular session, Monday, February 14, 1994, 6:00 P. M., City Hall, City Council Chambers, Paris, Texas. Mayor George Fisher called the meeting to order with the following Councilmembers present: Don Shelton, Jim Bell, Millie Ingram McDonald, Wayne Brown, and John F. Bell. Also present was City Manager, Michael E. Malone, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City Clerk, Matt.ie Cunningham. Invocation was given by W. E. Anderson, Director of Finance for the City of Paris. Mayor Fisher announced if there was anyone in the audience who has business to bring before the Council and is not listed on the agenda, to please let it be known in order for the information to be made available in compliance with the Open Meeting Law. Mayor Fisher asked if there were any corrections to the minutes of previous meetings, there being none, the minutes were approved as presented. City Manager Malone announced the next order of business would be receipt of reports from committees, boards, and commissions with minutes of the Paris Lamar County Board of Health, Lamar County Rural Health Clinic Board, Paris Public Library Advisory Board, and Paris Economic Development Corporation Board with no action being required. Agenda Item No. 4, consideration of and action on authorizing the preparation of an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 changing the zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development - Housing District (PD -b) on Lots 7 and 8, City Block 311 located at 3350 and 3370 Clarksville Street, was left on the table. A motion was made by Councilman Jim Bell, seconded by Councilman Wayne Brown to bring consideration of and action on authorizing preparation of an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 changing the zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development - Housing District (PD -b) on Lot 10, City Block 311 located at 3420 Clarksville Street from the table. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. A motion was made by Councilman Jim Bell, seconded by Councilwoman McDonald authorizing preparation of an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 changing the zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Planned Development - Housing District (PD -b) on Lot 10, City Block 311 located at 3420 Clarksville Street. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. No action was taken on Agenda Item No. 6, consideration of and action on authorizing the preparation of an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No 1710 changing the zoning from a One Family Dwelling
