RESOLUTION NO. 93 -002 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been made aware of the fact that Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Fitzhugh Addition, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, —" have a zoning classification of Neighborhood Service District (NS) and General Retail District (GR); and, WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Paris that such zoning classification be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris and in the event that the same should be changed to a Neighborhood Service District (NS) classification that such recommendation should be made to the City Council for final action; and WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that a public hearing be set before the Planning and Zoning Commission at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on the 1st day of February, 1993 and before the City Council at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of February, 1993; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the matter of appropriate zoning on Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Fitzhugh Addition, be, and the same is hereby referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for its recommendation concerning the proper zoning of the same; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris at 5:30 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on the 1st day of February, 1993, and a public hearing be held by and before the City Council of the City of Paris at 6:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas on the 4th day of February, 1993, said public hearings to be held concerning appropriate zoning on said property.
