The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Clifford declared the public hearing open on the petition of Fred <br />Eatherly for a change in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. <br />2 (SF -2) to a Commercial District (C) on Lot 31, City Block 250 located <br />at 801 Clement Road. <br />Mayor Clifford called for proponents to appear, and Mr. Fred Eatherly, <br />Realtor, appeared on behalf of the Halley Estate. Mr. Eatherly told <br />the Council that he has sold the property subject to* the rezoning for <br />warehousing for the .
