told the Council one year was given to sell or submit a plan to restore <br />the Hotel. Mr. Young reported that HUD had been wavered.on their <br />rehabilitation program in the City of Paris, it was Mr. Young's <br />understanding that some paperwork was involved. Mr. Young presented to <br />the Council a Structural Observation Report for the Gibraltar Hotel, <br />prepared by Pete Hennessey, P.E. of Carrollton, Texas. Mr. Young told <br />the Council they have several contacts interested in the Hotel, and <br />again, requested the extension of time. <br />City Manager called for consideration of and action on previously <br />authorized ordinances. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 90 -006 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE <br />TRAFFIC - CONTROL MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31 -65 OF SAID <br />CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT. TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING <br />FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1990 <br />was presented.
