AN ORDINANCE CONTAINING A HEARING ON PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, BELONGING TO VARIOUS OWNERS, AND AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL FINDING THE MATERIALS REMAINING ON THE PREMISES TO CONSTITUTE A NUISANCE AND TO BE A FIRE HAZARD TO LIFE AND PROPERTY AND ORDERING SAID RUBBISH, LUMBER AND REFUSE FROM THE STRUCTURES TO BE TORN DOWN AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES IN ORDER TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCE was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent for adoption of. the ordinance. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. ORDINANCE NO. 90 -010 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 31, CITY BLOCK 250, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FRED EATHERLY; SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Kent approving the ordinance. The motion was seconded by Councilman Davidson and carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. City Manager Malone told the Council the next item on the Agenda was amending Section 6 -22 (e) of the Code of Ordinances providing for minimum limits of insurance for aeronautical permittees, this item had been tabled at the February 12, 1990 Council meeting, and a motion was needed to bring it from the table. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent to bring from the table for consideration amendment of Section 6 -22 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. ORDINANCE NO. 90 -011 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 6 -22 (e) , OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR MINIMUM LIMITS OF INSURANCE FOR AERONAUTICAL PERMITTEES; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1990 was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Kent, seconded by Councilman Wortham for adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. City Manager Malone called for tabulations of bids for furnishing equipment and labor for installing UHF Radio Equipment, and the following bids were presented:
