AN ORDINANCE CONTAINING A HEARING ON PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS, BELONGING TO VARIOUS OWNERS, AND AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL FINDING THE MATERIALS REMAINING ON THE PREMISES TO CONSTITUTE A <br />NUISANCE AND TO BE A FIRE HAZARD TO LIFE AND PROPERTY AND ORDERING SAID <br />RUBBISH, LUMBER AND REFUSE FROM THE STRUCTURES TO BE TORN DOWN AND <br />REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES IN ORDER TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCE <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by <br />Councilman Kent for adoption of. the ordinance. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 90 -010 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP <br />OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 31, CITY <br />BLOCK 250, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FRED EATHERLY; SO AS TO INCLUDE <br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />N0. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />(C) SO ESTABLISHED <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Kent approving the <br />ordinance. The motion was seconded by Councilman Davidson and carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Malone told the Council the next item on the Agenda was <br />amending Section 6 -22 (e) of the Code of Ordinances providing for <br />minimum limits of insurance for aeronautical permittees, this item had <br />been tabled at the February 12, 1990 Council meeting, and a motion was <br />needed to bring it from the table. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Booth, seconded by Councilman Kent to <br />bring from the table for consideration amendment of Section 6 -22 (e) of <br />the Code of Ordinances. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 90 -011 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTION 6 -22 (e) , OF SAID CODE; <br />PROVIDING FOR MINIMUM LIMITS OF INSURANCE FOR AERONAUTICAL PERMITTEES; <br />PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2000.00; REPEALING ALL <br />ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING <br />FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1990 <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Kent, seconded by <br />Councilman Wortham for adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Manager Malone called for tabulations of bids for furnishing <br />equipment and labor for installing UHF Radio Equipment, and the <br />following bids were presented: <br />
