The <br />motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. I <br />The Preliminary Plat of Shadycrest Estates was tabled on ,a motion by <br />Mr. Burnett, seconded by Mr. Copeland, pending the resolution of items <br />in City Engineer's Memorandum dated February 6, 1989, marked Exhibit A <br />and attached hereto. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Preliminary Plat of Oak Creek, Phase III was discussed next. <br />Commissioner's Copeland and Hayter asked -to be excused due to their <br />connection with the development. <br />Discussion centered around the master plan: requirement for Collegiate <br />Drive to be extended south to Loop 286 and the possibility of other <br />access points to the subdivision. With only three members remaining, <br />the City Attorney advised that a quorum of five members should discuss <br />and vote on any changes to the master plan.
