Wilson, Ft. Hood, Texas. Mr. Alexander stated that <br />he has been in contact with Mr. Wilson and he has agreed to let his <br />mother give a release to have the buildings removed. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Folmar, seconded by Councilman to <br />declare the buildings dilapidated and ordered removal within 30 days. <br />The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />10. 2225 South Church, Lot 2, Block 170C. <br />Mr. Alexander stated that the owner has made arrangements to repair the <br />structure. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Wortham, seconded by Councilman Folmar <br />giving the owner of the building 90 days to make the necessary <br />repairs. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />il. 419 13th S. W., Lot 3; Block 130. <br />Mayor Burnett advised the Council that the above structure had been <br />removed. <br />12. 1420 lith N. W., Lot 1, Block 9, Smith First. <br />Mr. Alexander stated that he has been in contact with the owners son, <br />Don Mitchell, and that he requested 60 days in order to make repairs or <br />have the structure removed. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Hoog to accept the recommendation of <br />the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to allow 60 days for repairs <br />or demolition. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />13. 323 Pine Bluff, Lot 8, Block 60. <br />Mr. Alexander told the Council that the house has been burned down and <br />he has been unable to contact the owner. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Hoog to accept the recommendation of <br />the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to declare the building <br />dilapidated and order removal within 30 days. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Bone and carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />14. 1475 7th N. W., Lot 1, Block 1, North 7th Park Addition. <br />Mr. Alexander stated that the property was owned by Ardell Adkism, and <br />that a demolition permit has been issued for this structure. <br />
