A motion was made by Councilman Bone, seconded by Councilman Hoog to <br />accept the recommendation-of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee <br />to declare the structure dilapidated and give 60 days to demolish. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />15. 340 N. W. 14th, Lot 2, Block 230. <br />Mr. Alexander stated that the owners, Ruby Smith;,has not been located <br />and that the structure is used as storage, and seems to be structural <br />sound. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Bone to <br />accept the recommendation of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee <br />to declare the building dilapidated, and that 60 days be given to make <br />necessary repairs, cleaned up and secure. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />16. 727 Graham, Lot 6, Block 45. <br />George Preston, Attorney representing the property owner, Andrew <br />McKaskle, appeared before the Council and agreed that the building <br />needed to be removed, and requested an additional five to six months to <br />complete the operation. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Folmar to grant 120 <br />days from this date for the building to be torn down and cleaned up. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Hoog, and carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />17. 1439 W. Campbell, Lot 2, BlocK 232 -A. <br />Mr. Alexander stated that this Building has been burned beyond repair, <br />and that no one has appeared on behalf of the owner Roy Westbrook. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Wortham to <br />accept the recommendation of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee <br />to declare the building dilapidated and ordered removal within 30 days. <br />The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />18. 755 7th N. E., Lot 10, Block 72A, <br />Mr. Alexander stated that the structure was completed dilapidated and <br />the owner, Mary Perkins did not appear regarding the building. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Folmar, seconded by Councilman Hoog to <br />accept the recommendation of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee <br />to declare the building dilapidated and ordered removal within 30 <br />days. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the public hearing closed and announced the next <br />item on the agenda was personal appearances. <br />Mr. John Gabbart, representing the Red River Valley Home Health Service <br />Inc. appeared before the Council and discussed Ambulance Service. Mr. <br />Gabbart discussed ambulance cost, transfer service, and requested to be <br />0141 <br />
