A motion was made by Councilman Bone, seconded by Councilman Hoog to accept the recommendation-of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to declare the structure dilapidated and give 60 days to demolish. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. 15. 340 N. W. 14th, Lot 2, Block 230. Mr. Alexander stated that the owners, Ruby Smith;,has not been located and that the structure is used as storage, and seems to be structural sound. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Bone to accept the recommendation of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to declare the building dilapidated, and that 60 days be given to make necessary repairs, cleaned up and secure. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. 16. 727 Graham, Lot 6, Block 45. George Preston, Attorney representing the property owner, Andrew McKaskle, appeared before the Council and agreed that the building needed to be removed, and requested an additional five to six months to complete the operation. After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Folmar to grant 120 days from this date for the building to be torn down and cleaned up. Mr. Alexander stated that this Building has been burned beyond repair, and that no one has appeared on behalf of the owner Roy Westbrook. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Wortham to accept the recommendation of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to declare the building dilapidated and ordered removal within 30 days. E., Lot 10, Block 72A, Mr. Alexander stated that the structure was completed dilapidated and the owner, Mary Perkins did not appear regarding the building.
