0142 <br />allowed to deliver reimbursable transfer service and stated that they <br />wanted to make a business of the transfer service. <br />Mary J. Gabbart appeared before the Council and stated that for lack of <br />business, they would not be able to continue their transfer service and <br />requested consideration of the Council regarding the transfers. <br />Hardy Moore, Attorney, 2230 Hubbard appeared before the Council and <br />stated that a new approach was needed for the transfer service, and <br />hoped that the Council would give consideration and take a fresh <br />approach to the situation. <br />After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Bone, seconded by <br />Councilman Wortham to form an Ambulance Service Committee composed of <br />Councilman Bone to Co -Chair with Councilman Folmar and Councilman <br />Francis to study the Ambulance Service. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />Ms. Noma McDonald, representing the Pink Poodle appeared before the <br />Council in regard to misrepresentation of her landlord as to the use <br />that could be made at 3130 Lamar Ave., and requested Council <br />consideration to the zoning violation. <br />After discussion it was the consensus of the Council that the zoning <br />could not be changed to allow The Pink Poodle to remain in operation, <br />and advised Ms. McDonald to seek legal advise. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that consideration and action on previously <br />authorized Ordinance was needed. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86 -009A <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP <br />OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) <br />AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 21, CITY BLOCK 83, ON <br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO DANNY EASLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 <br />(SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by <br />Councilman Bone for approval of the Ordinance. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86 -010 <br />AN ORDINANCE CONTAINING A HEARING ON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, TEXAS BELONGING TO VARIOUS OWNERS, AND AND ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL FINDING THE MATERIALS REMAINING IN THE PREMISES TO CONSTITUTE A <br />NUISANCE AND TO BE A FIRE HAZARD TO LIFE AND PROPERTY AND A HAZARD TO <br />THE LIFE AND WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA AND ORDERING SAND <br />RUBBISH, LUMBER AND REFUSE FROM THE STRUCTURES TO BE TORN DOWN AND <br />REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES IN ORDER TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCE. <br />
