0172 <br />The Commission approved the Preliminary Plat subject to the requirements listed <br />in City Engineer's Memorandum dated June 2, 1986, Marked Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto, excepting the variances listed above. The motion was made by Mr. Nutt, <br />seconded by Mrs. Smith and carried 7 aves, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lots 6 and 6 -C, City Block 315 was recommended for approval <br />subject to the exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated June 2, <br />1986, marked Exhibit B and attached hereto. The motion was made by Mrs. Smith, <br />seconded by Mr. Perry and carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Final Plat of Lot 8, City Block 224 was recommended for approval on a motion <br />by Mr. Perry, seconded by Mrs. Smith, subject to the exceptions listed in City <br />Engineer's Memorandum dated June 2, 1986, Marked Exhibit C and attached hereto. <br />The niotion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Commission next reviewed the Site Plan for the Park Place Shopping Center, <br />which had been recommended for approval by the Commission in December, 1985, and <br />tabled by the City Council subject to resolving of parking deficiency. Mr. <br />McCollum stated that the parking has been resolved and that the plan now con- <br />formed to all requirements. Mr. Nutt made a motion to forward the Site Plan <br />to the Council with a recommendation for approval. Mr. Hildreth seconded the <br />motion which carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />There being no further business to consider, the meeting adjourned. <br />be N.
