The motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Burnett and carried 6 ayes., 0 nays. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by Councilman Folmar instructing <br />the City Attorney to prepare Resolutions for the above contracts. The motion <br />carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />,Mayor Pro Tem Fisher announced that discussion was requested by Mr. Nathan Bell <br />for variance of drainage improvements on his proposed Subdivision at S.
