The Commission next considered the Replat of Lot 1, City Block 219. Mr. <br />Pine submitted his recommendation which included the requirement of right <br />of way dedication along both 17th S.E. and Lamar Avenue and curb and gutter <br />installation along 17th S.E. Mr. Gene Tharp, owner and John House voiced <br />objection to the right of way dedications. There was a lengthy discussion <br />about the right of way requirements and drainage along 17th S.E. <br />Mr. Christian left the meeting at this point. <br />Following discussion a motion was made by Mrs. Smith, seconded by Mr. <br />McMonicgle to recommend approval of the Replat subject to the exceptions <br />listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated January 7, 1985, marked Exhibit <br />B and attached hereto. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lots 1C, 1D and 6, City Block 315 was recommended for approval <br />on a motion by Mrs. Smith, seconded by Mr. Perry, subject to the exceptions <br />listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated January 7, 1985, marked Exhibit <br />C and attached hereto.
