RESOLUTION NO. 85 -019 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did at its special meeting on February 7, 1985, approve the advertisement for bids for constructing approximately 515 linear feet of 10" P.V.C. SDR -35 sanitary sewer pipe which has been purchased by the City of Paris, including instal- ling a manhole, extending a 4" force main_ approximately 5 feet, plugging an existing manhole, making a temporary connection to handle sewage flow, and possible connection of house service lines, entitled Reconstruction and Repair of Sanitary Sewer Main between 2100 block of West Austin Street and 2100 block of West Sherman Street, which bids were received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., Tuesday, February 26, 1985; and, WHEREAS, the best bid for such construction was made by Heuberger, Inc., 2720 Ridgeview, Paris, Texas, and it should be awarded the bid for such construction; and, IMEREAS, the form of contract for such construction project is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and such form should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED PARIS, that the Bid $3,695.00, is hereby BY THE CITY COUNCIL of Heuberger, Inc., accepted and let; and, OF THE CITY OF in the amount of BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Joe Graham, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract for reconstruction and repair of sanitary sewer main between 2100 block of West Austin Street and 2100 block of West Sherman Street, upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A attached hereto, with Heuberger, Inc.
