ARNOLD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman Bell for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Director of Engineering Service, John Buss appeared before the Council and presented plans and specifications for ground storage water tank repair, and requested the Council's approval of the plans and specifications and authorize bids for the work. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Williams approving the plans and specifications and authorizing bids be taken for the repair work. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham called for the tabulation of bids received at a public bid opening January 9, 1985 for crack sealing at Cox Field Airport, and the following bids were presented: Richard Drake Construction 3M Seal Coat Co. Riffe Petroleum Co. Pavement Conservation Inc. Chapparal Asphalt Fred Bader Const. Co. 44� per ft. or $49,280.00 23� per ft. or $25,760.00 no bid - 30� per ft. or $33,600.00 40� per ft. or $44,800.00 22� per ft. or $24,640.00 A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Williams approving the bid of the Fred Bader Construction Company in the amount of $22� per ft. or $24,640.00. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham called for the tabulation of bids on Chain Link Fencing at Culbertson Tennis Courts, and the following bids were presented: Pridemore Fence Company $ 2,304.81 Metro Fence & Hardware $ 1,950.00 (Alternate 1700.00) City Manager Doty advised that the Director of Parks and Recreation had recommended the alternate bid of $1,700.00 be accepted. A motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman Williams accepting the alternate bid of Metro Fence and Hardware Company in the amount of $1,700.00. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Resolution No. 85 -001 authorizing the City Manager to execute documents under a Federal Grant from the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 as provided in Resolution No. 1674, City of Paris was presented.
