9. Complaint by Kristine Campbell and Austin Ellis that on <br />or about the 25th day of April 1983, Jimmy Wrenn violated <br />the traffic pattern of Cox Field Airport. <br />10. Threatened to throw brick at helicopter. Witness Clarence <br />Hart. <br />City Attorney Haynes also presented an application for permit filed by <br />James M. Wrenn, Jr. on January 3, 1983 for activities of pilot train- <br />ing Maintenance- Airframe, Maintenance -Power Plant and Agricultural <br />Operations. The City Attorney also presented a diagram showing air <br />traffic patterns at Cox Field. <br />Mr. Haynes introduced Mr. John Jarco, General Operational Inspector <br />withthe General Aviation District Office, FAA, Dallas, Texas, a <br />accident prevention specialist. Mr. Jarco explained the air traffic <br />pattern at Cox Field as diagramed. <br />City Attorney Haynes also presented the following letter from M. D. <br />Lovett & Associates which he advised was hand delivered at 6:45 P. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman Wilson to over <br />rule the protest as presented by the Attorney. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />
