ORDINANCE NO. <br />fj.J�a <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANGE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP <br />OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT <br />8, CITY BLOCK 220 -A ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO FRANCIS KREAIS, SO AS TO <br />INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD <br />SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman McGee to deny the <br />Ordinance. Councilman Wilson seconded the motion which carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of Charles <br />M. Dewitt and Catherine Dewitt Bramlett for a change in zoning from a <br />One Family Dwelling Distirct No. 2 (SF -2) to a Neighborhood Service <br />District on Lot 6, City Block 311 located at 3320 Clarksville Street. <br />Mayor Graham called for proponents to appear and none appeared. <br />Thomas Steely, 3390 Clarksville Street and Travis Dodd, 1185 34th <br />S. Councilman McGee seconded the motion which carried 6 <br />ayes, l nay, Councilman McWaters voting nay. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of <br />Nathan Bell for Site Plan approval in a Planned Development Housing <br />District on Lots 4A through 4I, City Block 286 located on the South- <br />east corner of N. Collegiate Drive and E. Price Street. <br />William Hagood, representing Nathan Bell, presented the Site Plan <br />which provided for a 66 unit apartment complex. Questions concerning <br />the extension and widening of Collegiate Drive was discussed and Mr. <br />McCollum advised the Council that available information indicated no <br />conflict with the development and Collegiate Drive widening. <br />No,one was present in opposition to the Site Plan and the public hearing <br />was declared closed. <br />v -R:t• <br />
