s. <br />1 <br />R <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2675 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING <br />MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - <br />SHOPPING CENTER (PD a) ON LOTS 15, 16, 17, AND 18, CITY BLOCK 296, <br />ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN HUTCHINGS, CHARLIE ADKINS, JOHN MILES <br />AND BOB MCCARLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DE- <br />SIGNATED AS AN OFFICE DISTRICT (0) AND ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br />NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOP- <br />MENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER (PD a) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by <br />Councilman McGee for approval of the Ordinance. The motion carried <br />5 ayes, 0 nays, Councilman Wilson abstaining. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of <br />Terrell Boyd for a change in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District <br />No. 2 to a General Retail District on Lot 1, City Block 287 located <br />on the southeast corner of 33rd S. E. and Lamar Ave. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended Planned Development <br />Retail zoning for this property. <br />Mr. Boyd was present and told the Council of his plans for a Jewelry <br />Store at this location. He said he was in total agreement with the <br />_ Planned Development zoning which had been recommended. <br />s <br />There was no one else present who wished to speak on the matter, and <br />the public hearing was declared closed. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 26 L& -014 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING <br />MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - <br />SHOPPING CENTER (PD a) ON LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 287, ON PROPERTY BELONG- <br />ING TO TERRELL BOYD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGN -. <br />ATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING <br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - SHOPPING CENTER <br />(PD a) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by <br />Councilman McGee for approval of the Ordinance. The motion carried <br />6.ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham :ieclared the public hearing open on the petition of the <br />First Baptist Church to close the south 70 feet of the deadend alley <br />that runs south from E.
