MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />April 29, 1983 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in special session, Friday, <br />April 29, 1983, 5:15 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting to order <br />with the following Councilmen present: Donald G. Wilson, Gene McWaters, <br />Jr., Walter F. Williams, George Fisher, Jr., Nathan J. Bell, and Jeff <br />Hoog. Also present were City Manager, David H. Doty, City Clerk, <br />H. C. Greene. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the special meeting was called for the <br />purpose of informing the Council of two communications received from <br />the Environmental Protection Agency, Dallas, Texas. <br />City Manager Doty reviewed administrative order and also a letter <br />dated April 20, 1983 concerning industrial contributors to the Sewer <br />System with the Council. <br />City Manager Doty advised the Council that ever effort would be made <br />in all good faith for the City to come into compliance with the <br />City's permit for sewerage disposal. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the Council would go into executive <br />session to discuss personnel. The regular session was declared <br />closed and the executive session open. <br />Personnel and personnel policies were discussed. <br />The executive session was declared closed, and the regular session <br />open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />JOE GRAHAM, MAYOR, CITY OF PARIS <br />H.
