2813 <br />City Manager Sokoll discussed cost reduction guidelines that have been and is <br />being put into operation in the City. <br />Mayor Burnett advised that the City Council would go into executive session for <br />the purpose of discussing legal matters with the City Attorney and the regular <br />session was declared closed, and the executive session open. <br />The Council discussed legal matters with the City Attorney. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed and the regular session open. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman McGee to bring <br />from the table the bid for a Early Warning System. The motion carried 4 ayes, <br />3 nays. After discussion, a motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by <br />Councilman McGee to reject the bid for the Early Warning System. The motion <br />carried 5 ayes, 2 nays with Councilman Kohls, and Councilman Graham voting nay. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />ATT-ST: <br />H.i .
