I <br />Fire Chief Steve Burgin appeared before the Council and discussed an Ordinance <br />to regulate the burning of trash within the City of Paris. Mr. Charles McQueen, <br />470 4th Street S. W. also appeared before the Council to discuss the proposed <br />burning Ordinance. No action was taken on the matter. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Council would go into executive session to <br />discuss legal matters with the City Attorney and the regular session was declared <br />closed, and the executive session open. <br />The Council discussed legal matters with the City Attorney including scuba diving <br />personnel and equipment. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed, and the regular session <br />open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />BILLY J.
