RESOLUTION NO. 2122 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore create the Emergency Medical Service Department <br />of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, such Department has training requirements <br />that requires the services of a medical adviser; and, <br />WHEREAS, such medical adviser could act as liaison <br />between the medical community and the Emergency Medical <br />Service Department; and, <br />WHEREAS, Dr. Ed McCulloch has agreed to serve as <br />such Medical Adviser; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That Dr. Ed McCulloch, be, and he is hereby ap- <br />pointed Medical Adviser to the Emergency Medical Service <br />Department of the City of Paris, to serve until his <br />resignation or the appointment of his successor, whichever <br />occurs first. <br />Passed and adopted this 22nd day of September, 1981. <br />J j <br />Bi ley oe Burnett, Mayor - <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
