RESOLUTION NO, 2125 <br />WHEREAS, Frank Miller, D /B /A Cooper Butane Company, <br />Texas LPG License No, 667, is desirous of locating a LPG <br />Propane Service Station at 315 West Center Street, Paris, <br />Texas; and, <br />WHEREAS, under the LPG Safety Rules of the railroad <br />Commission of Texas, Section 9.5 (a)(4) requires that <br />plans covering LP Gas Service Station locations within <br />the corporate limits of any city shall be accompanied by <br />a written waiver signed by the city official authorized <br />to sign such instruments; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Marshal of the City of Paris is <br />the person charged with the responsibility of reviewing <br />LPG safety procedures and is the proper person to be so <br />authorized; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Fire Marshal, Oswald Guilliams, be, and <br />he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City <br />of Paris such waivers as required by Section 9.5 (a)(4) <br />of the LPG Safety Rules of the Railroad Commission of <br />Texas. <br />Passed and adopted this 12th day of October, 1981. <br />K14urnett, Mayor <br />��11 <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
