Mr. Jack Chambless appeared before and requested the Council to hear a street <br />improvement request and was referred to the City Manager for information. <br />Mayor Burnett advised that the City Council would go into executive session to <br />discuss matters with the City Attorney, and the regular session was declared <br />closed, and the executive session open. <br />Discussion was had with the City Attorney and City Engineer, Rick Conner, and <br />Director of Public Works, Dan Brotton concerning matters at the Water Treatment <br />Plant and Sewer Treatment Plant. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed, and the regular session <br />open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />BILLY J.
