RESOLUTION NO. 2050 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been re- <br />quested to provide emergency ambulance service to that area of <br />Lamar County outside the city limits of the City of Paris, by the <br />Commissioners Court of Lamar County, Texas; and, <br />WHEREAS, the form of contract to provide such service is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That emergency ambulance service be extended to that <br />area of Lamar County outside the city limits of the City of Paris, <br />upon the terms and conditions stated in the contract attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, and that the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />Michael E. Malone, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the ambulance service <br />contract with the Commissioners Court of Lamar County, Texas, <br />in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this 25th day of August, 1980. <br />c <br />Michael E.
