.0 <br />rt , <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2059 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did <br />heretofore in Resolution No. 1676, on the 24th day of March, <br />1975, embark upon a project concerned with infiltration /inflow <br />analysis; studies, surveys and evaluations; environmental assess- <br />ments and evaluations; project coordination; and project develop- <br />ment within the guide lines of the Texas Water Quality Board and <br />the Environmental Protection Agency; and <br />WHEREAS, Hayter Engineering, Inc., was commissioned to <br />proceed with said project and has this date presented to the <br />City Council of the City of Paris a Facility Plan, Environmental <br />Assessment and Public Hearing Record for its approval in con- <br />junction with Waste Water Facility Improvements project No. <br />C -48- 1248 -01; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris does find <br />that such Plan, Assessment, and Record should be approved; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />That the following described components of the Waste Water <br />Facility Improvements project No. C -48- 1248 -01 Facility Plan, <br />Environmental Assessment, and Public Hearing Record, attached <br />hereto as Exhibits A, B, and C, be respectively adopted, approved, <br />and found to be complete and in substantial compliance with law. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of October, 1980. <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />H.
