94 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2060 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did at its <br />regular meeting on the 8th day of September, 1980, approve the <br />advertisement for bids for furnishing and installing one fiberglass <br />fuel storage tank at Cox Field, which bids were received until <br />10:00 o'clock A. M. , Wednesday, October 8, 1980; and, <br />WHEREAS, the <br />made by Heuberger, <br />75460, and it should <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the <br />is attached hereto as <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />best bid for such construction project was <br />Inc. , 1430 South Church Street, Paris, Texas, <br />be awarded the contract for such construction; <br />form of contract for such construction project <br />Exhibit A, and such form should be approved; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the bid of Heuberger, Inc. , for furnishing and install- <br />ing one fiberglass fuel storage tank at Cox Field, within 55 conse- <br />cutive calendar days, in the amount of $14, 000. 00, is hereby <br />accepted and let, conditioned upon said contractor meeting all of <br />the terms and specifications included in the bid documents; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of <br />Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute on behalf of the City of Paris the contract for <br />furnishing and installing one fiberglass fuel storage tank at <br />Cox Field, upon the terms and conditions and in the form shown <br />in Exhibit A attached hereto, with Heuberger, Inc. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of October, 1980. <br />ATTEST: <br />1_Z1t/* . <br />H.
