<br />Resolution No. 1869 appointing Freddy Swaim to serve the unexpired term of Jim A. '
<br />Miles which terminates June 30, 1980 and Jerry Johnson to serve the unexpired term
<br />of Spencer Abbett which terminates December 31, 1980 and re- appointment of Jaames
<br />E. Lynch for a term of three years beginning July 1, 1978 all as members of the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris. Motion was made by Councilman
<br />Fisher, seconded by Councilman Burnett for approval of the resolution. Motion
<br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1869 .
<br />WHEREAS, Jim A. Miles and Spencer Abbett have resigned as
<br />members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris,
<br />and the term of office of James E. Lynch as a member of said
<br />Commission will expire on June 30, 1978, and it is necessary to ap-
<br />point their successors, and the Mayor of the City of -Paris, Michael
<br />E. Malone, having appointed Freddy Swaim, to serve the unex-
<br />pired term of Jim A. Miles, which terminates June '30, 1980, and
<br />Jerry Johnson, to serve the unexpired term of Spencer Abbett,
<br />which terminates December 31, 1980, and having re- appointed
<br />J a m e s E. L y n c h, for a term of three (3) years, beginning July 1,
<br />1978 and ending June 30, 1981, and has submitted the names of such
<br />persons to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />PARIS, That the appointments of F r e d d y S w a i m, to serve the
<br />unexpired term of Jim A. Miles, which terminates June 30, 1980, and
<br />Jerry Johnson, to serve the unexpired term of Spencer Abbett,
<br />which terminates December 31, 1980, and the re- appointment
<br />of J a.m e s E. L y n c h, for a term of three ,(3) years, beginning
<br />July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1981, as members of the Planning
<br />and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, are by the City Council
<br />of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
