Mayor Malone announced the next item would be to consider approving a selection <br />policy of Library materials. City Manager Sokoll reviewed t_he. policy that had <br />been recommended by the Library Board stating -that no policy existed prior to <br />this. He recommended the adoption of the policy. Councilman Wunsch made a motion <br />to approv -> the policy as recommended by the Library Board, Councilman Fisher <br />seconded -r motion which carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Man::g ; Sokoll gave a report on ongoing City projects including the Blake <br />Road paving, drainage projects in the northeast and northwest section of the City, <br />the hiring of a Parks and Recreation Department Director, the consideration of a <br />pro rata ordinance and revisions to the Subdivision Regulations. He also reported <br />progress of the maintenance of railroad right -of -way. <br />Mayor Malone announced that this concluded the regular business of the City - Council <br />agenda and that the Council would now go into Executive session. <br />Mayor Malone declared the Executive session closed and the regular session open. <br />There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. <br />MICHAEL E.
